At Spring Point Health, we offer the opportunity to bring your skills into a space that honors both the practitioner and the client. Job Description Must hold a valid Virginia Massage Therapy License Availability for evening and weekend shifts (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday) Ability to perform 60
  • 75• and 90-minute massage sessions Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required Maintain accurate and thorough client documentation (SOAP notes) Maintain current professional liability insurance Practitioner is responsible for providing oils, lotions, and other necessary supplies (table, linens, and bolsters provided) What We're Looking For New graduates and experienced LMTS are welcome Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to each client's needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, motivation, and a genuine desire to help others A commitment to maintaining high professional standards aligned with empathy and integrity Cultivate meaningful client relationships built on trust and compassion Stay engaged, motivated, and aligned with our mission of intentional, community-centered care What We Offer Competitive compensation: $78•108 per hour 1099 contractor position with a 60/40 split Flexible scheduling, with full-time hours available Modern, accessible office space with ample free parking, a kitchenette, and iPads provided for daily workflow A supportive, collaborative team environment An established and steadily growing client base Electric lift tables, linens, bolsters, and music provided Ongoing training opportunities and continued professional support
