Ziva Wellness | Arlington, VA Ziva Wellness is seeking a caring, reliable, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team on a part-time/on-call basis. We are looking for a therapist who specializes in Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage massage and naturally brings a calm, grounded presence into the treatment room. This role will initially be on-call and/or approximately one consistent day per week , with the opportunity for additional hours as our bodywork clientele continues to grow. What You'll Do Provide professional Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage massage Customize pressure and technique based on each client's needs and preferences Create a calm, safe, and welcoming experience from consultation through completion Maintain excellent sanitation, room preparation, and professional standards Complete appropriate client documentation and follow Ziva protocols Communicate professionally with clients and the Ziva team Support client retention by providing consistent, high-quality experiences Participate in Ziva training and learn our service standards and Pace of Peace philosophy What We're Looking For Current Virginia massage therapist license Strong Swedish massage skills Training and hands-on experience in lymphatic drainage massage Excellent communication and client-care skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working independently Calm, warm, service-oriented personality Interest in growing with Ziva Wellness Schedule Part-time/on-call to start, with approximately one consistent day per week available. Additional appointments and days may become available as demand grows. Compensation Competitive hourly/service-based compensation based on experience, credentials, and specialty training.
