We are seeking two Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team ASAP. Minimum of 2 shifts per week required, preferably 3+ (Includes a break, 15 minute buffer after 60 minute sessions, and 20 minute buffer after 90 minute sessions.) Experience is preferred but we are willing to work with more recent graduates as well, so don't be afraid to apply! We are a cozy, community oriented wellness spa in Ashland, VA where service providers can focus their energy on building their book without the added stress of running a business. We are currently in an exciting phase of growth, expanding and adding some amazing new amenities to the space.

Massage Therapists:

Provide a variety of massage services to clients, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Must be able to perform both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue, to cater to the various types of clients in a spa setting. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room. Arrive on time to shifts and handle scheduling conflicts with advanced notice. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate treatments. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Complete client checkouts, rebook, and retain clientele.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure, proof of additional certifications is highly favoured but not required. Proficiency in various massage techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
