We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside chiropractors in a collaborative environment where patient care comes first. Our ideal candidate is passionate about therapeutic massage, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is excited to grow with our practice. Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's needs. Work closely with chiropractors to develop coordinated treatment plans. Educate patients on stretching, self-care, and wellness. Maintain accurate treatment documentation. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience. Qualifications Current Virginia Massage Therapy License. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Experience in a chiropractic, rehabilitation, or medical office is preferred but not required. Ability to perform deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, or myofascial massage is a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay (hourly, commission, or combination based on experience).
