Responsibilities Perform high-quality therapeutic massage treatments customized to each client's needs. Review client health histories and treatment goals before each session. Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes after every appointment. Educate clients on home care, stretching, hydration, and wellness recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room. Follow all Virginia state regulations and Radiant Wellness Massage policies. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality. Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled appointments.
