Ensure a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying advanced massage techniques such as medical massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of pain management strategies and holistic approaches to wellness.
