Job Description
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - $40.00+/hr (Guaranteed Tip!)
About Us:
- Beach Spa Inc. is a professional, high-end, and licensed wellness center. We provide a clean, peaceful, and supportive environment for both our clients and therapists. We are currently looking for passionate, reliable Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) to join our busy team!
Position Type:
- Full-Time / Part-Time (Minimum 30 hours/week shift availability required).
Compensation & Industry-Leading Benefits:
Excellent Pay:
- Starting from
- $40.00 per hour
- (Earn up to $55+/hr with great tips!).
Guaranteed Minimum Tip:
- We offer a unique
- $10.00 minimum guaranteed tip
- per session. If a client doesn't tip, the house covers the $10 difference so you always get paid fairly!
- 100%
Tips:
- You keep 100% of your tips.
- W-2
Employment:
- Legally authorized W-2 payroll. This allows you to potentially qualify for federal "No Tax on Tips" income deductions (up to $25,000)!
Steady Clientele:
- All marketing, linens, lotions, and equipment are fully provided by the spa.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, or customized bodywork) based on client needs.
- Conduct brief consultations to understand client health histories and goals.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient room turnovers, especially for couples' massages and smooth client transitions.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful demeanor.
Requirements:
- MUST hold an active State Massage Therapy License (LMT).
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A strong team player with a flexible mindset, willing to help coworkers during busy hours.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
