Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a 4 to 5 star Luxury Hotel Spa environment is preferred. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is required. Certification from a accredited school of Massage is required. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. All professional licenses are to be current CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills Highly responsible and reliable Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous always.
