What You'll Do Deliver personalized treatments across a range of modalities — including massage, medi-cupping, and stretching/mobility work — tailored to each client's goals Conduct thoughtful intake assessments to understand client needs, pain points, and movement limitations Build trust through clear communication before, during, and after sessions Keep accurate, compliant treatment records Stay sharp on anatomy, physiology, and current best practices in bodywork and mobility Maintain a clean, safe, professional space clients feel good walking into What You Bring Active massage therapy license and hands-on experience across modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, and medical massage Experience with (or willingness to train in) medi-cupping and assisted stretching techniques Solid grasp of anatomy and physiology as it relates to pain management and mobility Med spa or healthcare setting experience (a plus, not a dealbreaker) Strong communication skills and a genuine bedside manner Current CPR certification (additional certifications in sports massage, cupping, or occupational health are a bonus) A commitment to client safety and an exceptional care experience The Bottom Line This is more than a job, it's a chance to help clients not just relax, but truly move and feel better, using a full toolkit of modalities, with a team that values your craft.
