Duties Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or other modalities Conduct thorough consultations to understand client concerns and develop customized treatment plans Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend self-care practices to enhance wellness outcomes Keep detailed records of treatments administered and client progress in accordance with licensing requirements Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service at all times Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience delivering a variety of massage techniques in a professional setting Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages client relaxation and trust Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures relevant to massage therapy practice Join us in creating a space where wellness thrives!
