Become a part of the Killington Grand Spa Team that prides itself in superior service and guest experience. Assist with Killington Grand Spa guests' comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing massage treatments. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions available.Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Perform chair massage, 25-, 50-, and 80-minute comprehensive Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massages, using professional draping techniques Perform detailed verbal intake and consult with clients to determine massage type and products to best fit their needs Actively listen to clients' feedback during sessions and make adjustments to ensure their comfort and satisfaction Create a calming and welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout the session Maintain a clean and organized work area, sanitizing equipment and surfaces after each session Communicate with clients to understand their concerns, provide guidance on aftercare, and recommend appropriate self-care practices Consult with clients to determine specific areas of focus and preferences for pressure and intensityQualifications Basic Qualifications:
Must be certified from an accredited massage school/center with a minimum of 500 hours of education/training Vermont Massage Therapy, Bodyworkers, and Touch Professionals license required Previous experience in a spa preferred Must be physically able to stand and perform massages for extended periods of time Background check requiredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
