Job Description
We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our established chiropractic and functional rehabilitation practice. Our clinic focuses on helping patients move better, feel better, and stay active through a combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue therapies, exercise, and functional rehabilitation. We're adding massage therapy as an integrated part of that model. This is a great fit for an LMT who enjoys therapeutic, patient-centered massage, values working alongside other healthcare professionals, and wants the opportunity to develop a steady caseload without having to build and manage a practice completely on their own. Compensation Up to $40-$45 per treatment hour before tips (includes $20/hour guaranteed base pay + treatment bonuses) Our compensation structure provides a reliable hourly base while also rewarding a productive schedule. Schedule This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to add hours as the massage schedule grows quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a manageable part-time schedule now with the potential to grow into a larger role. Benefits Paid professional malpractice insurance Massage therapy license/renewal paid by the clinic Continuing education stipend Paid vacation after one year of employment Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment What We Provide We want our massage therapist to be able to focus on providing excellent patient care rather than managing the administrative side of a private practice.
