As a key member of our wellness team, you'll create customized massage treatments that support each patient's individual health goals while collaborating closely with our chiropractors to ensure the best possible outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial, cupping, scraping, and stretching Conduct initial assessments and tailor treatments to each patient's needs and health history Educate patients on self-care and the benefits of massage therapy Maintain accurate session documentation and uphold sanitation and hygiene standards Build strong relationships to help patients meet their long-term wellness goals Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to coordinate care and improve results

What You Bring:

Valid Washington State LMT license or certification Experience with deep tissue, prenatal, and cupping preferred (training available) Excellent communication and professionalism A strong service-oriented mindset and commitment to ethical care Enthusiasm for learning and staying current on new massage therapy techniques Previous experience in a chiropractic or physical medicine setting a plus (not required)
