In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall health. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate pain management strategies and anatomy knowledge. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress in compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and wellness routines to support ongoing health. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and facility policies. Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing questions, and fostering client trust. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice professionally. Proven experience in patient service, with strong skills in patient assessment and communication. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with occupational health principles and client-centered care approaches. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
