Job Description

Issaquah Family Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established, wellness-focused clinic. With over 30 years of serving the Issaquah community, we provide collaborative, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional environment. Our therapists work as part of a co-managed care team alongside chiropractors, athletic trainers, and other wellness providers. We also offer functional training services and Issaquah's only flotation therapy.

Schedule Position:

Full-time Hours:

30 hours per week

Weekday and/or weekend availability (details discussed during interview)

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$50-$60 per hour + tips Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Chiropractic care and wellness services 1 week paid time off (PTO) Sick pay (in accordance with WA state law) Pay protection for missed appointments 1 free massage per month Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, collections) Spacious treatment rooms with elevating tables All supplies provided (oils, lotions, essential oils) Laundry service included Supportive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to patient needs Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers as part of a co-managed care model Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans and goals Maintain professional documentation and treatment standards Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and wellness-focused clinic environment Qualifications Current Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential Strong manual therapy skills Patient-focused, professional, and reliable Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative care team Experience in a clinical or chiropractic setting is a plus, but not required How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief letter of interest.
