Chan Chiropractic and Massage is seeking a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT/LMP) to join our collaborative, patient-centered clinic in Kennewick. We specialize in medical and wellness massage within a supportive multi-physician facility. This position is ideal for a therapist seeking consistent afternoon shifts with room to rapidly build a steady clientele and transition into a full-time schedule .

Schedule & Shift Details:

Core Afternoon Shift:

Part-time, Monday - Friday (approximately 12:45 PM - 5:45 PM; client appointment slots: 1:10, 2:20, 3:30, and 4:40 PM).

Growth & Coverage Options:

Immediate steady volume with opportunities for temporary full-time coverage options starting in early 2027 (Jan/Feb).

Onboarding & Credentialing:

The majority of our patient base is medically insured. Because insurance credentialing typically takes a few months for new hires: We handle 100% of the insurance credentialing process and paperwork for you. During the credentialing period, you will treat cash-pay, auto accident (PIP/L&I), and non-credentialed patients as your schedule ramps up. We are looking for a candidate who understands this onboarding phase and is looking to build a long-term, stable practice with us as insurance panels open up.

$39.00 / hour starting base rate (with higher rate options upon full insurance credentialing). --

Compensation Note:

Pay is $39.00 per hands-on massage hour (calculated on a 55-minute treatment hour). This rate accounts for turn-around time, room resets, brief charting, and light laundry support between clients.

Requirements:

Current Washington State Massage Therapist License (LMP/LMT) in good standing. Professional liability/malpractice insurance (or eligible to enroll).
