We are looking for a Massage Therapist who wants a long career with a fantastic team. Upon hire, we will begin the process for Credentialing. If you are already Credentialed with local medical insurances, that would be excellent. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the most effective treatment approach. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide safe and effective treatments. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes using appropriate medical terminology. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and professional work environment. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist and insurance. Proficiency in deep tissue massage, pain management techniques, and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient assessment skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
