The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to continue learning, and excited to enhance the client experience through add-on services and specialty products provided by our team. In this role, you'll tailor each session to your client's unique needs—whether they're seeking full-body relaxation or focused work on a specific area of tension—while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation. We handle the overhead, supplies, marketing, and scheduling so you can focus on what you do best: providing outstanding massage therapy. With our loyal, repeat clientele, you'll also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and see the lasting impact of your work.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional quality massage, incorporating a variety of techniques. Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function. Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.Qualifications:
- Current LMT licensure, or the ability to obtain required licensing
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others through excellent customer service
- Ability to thrive in a professional team environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A desire to grow, build long-term client relationships, and develop within the role
