Pay:

$20.00/hr for no-shows, SOAP notes, cleaning between clients and lite office work. $45.00/hr for Hands-on-Time. Time working on the client. Earn 10% commission on retail sales. Keep all your tips. Starting with 8 hours a week with room to grow. Evenings (4pm-8pm) and Weekends (11am-3pm) or (4pm-8pm). Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as, (but not limited to), deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant medical information in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills. Light office work. Qualifications Valid Washington State Massage Therapist License. Current massage insurance. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Skilled in various massage modalities including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and tailor treatments accordingly. Knowledge of occupational health principles related to workplace wellness programs is a plus. Confident working independently and manage time effectively.
