Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring relief, relaxation, and wellness to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage treatments that promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise in various massage techniques and patient assessment will help clients achieve their health goals while enjoying a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safe, effective care Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy to empower their health journey Maintain detailed treatment records, including medical terminology and session notes, in compliance with regulatory standards Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client concerns with professionalism Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives and holistic wellness programs Stay current with industry best practices, new massage modalities, and relevant certifications to continually enhance your skills Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management strategies is a plus Ability to work professionally within a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of care Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference in people's lives. Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
