The V Spa, a full service day spa, is a destination for relaxation and rejuvenation offering a variety of services for both members and non-members who are highly active and receive treatment massage on a regular basis. We are located within The Valley Athletic Club; a family friendly 180,000 square foot health and fitness facility offering indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor tennis, indoor & outdoor pickleball courts, racquetball courts, gymnasiums, workout areas, group fitness classes, children's activity center, personal training w/ private training studios, pilates apparatus, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis & more. Active WA State Massage License required Deep tissue and treatment experience preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Providing a tailored service based on clients needs Exceptional Customer service (friendly greets and rebooks) Courteous, friendly, and professional communication skills with customers and team members. Appropriate chart notes Referring to customer intake and client notes prior to service Keeping customer client notes updated after service Keeping room clean during client appointments and ensuring room is reset for next person when leaving Ability to learn day spa services on menu Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a professional, team oriented environment
