Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated licensed women massage therapists to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and injury recovery Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology and physiology standards Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to occupational health protocols and sanitation practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, scheduling appointments efficiently, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Valid licensure as a massage therapist with current certification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in patient service with a focus on therapeutic massage techniques such as deep tissue therapy and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles in a clinical or med spa setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and explain treatment options clearly Prior experience working in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry best practices Join us in delivering healing touch that transforms lives!
