Anew Massage is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing practice. We are an independent, therapist-owned massage practice focused on personalized and therapeutic care. We provide the treatment space, supplies, scheduling, and administrative support so our therapists can focus on what they do best — providing quality care to their clients. COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $40-$50 per completed massage hour , based on experience and qualifications $21.30/hour for required non-massage administrative time 90-day introductory period Pay review after 90 days , with the opportunity to increase to $45-$60 per completed massage hour based on performance, reliability, and experience Keep 100% of your tips Paid cancellations/no-shows according to company policy

Part-time, W-2 employee Flexible scheduling Approximately 1-3 regular shifts per week Opportunity to add additional hours as your schedule and clientele grow Evening and/or weekend availability is a plus

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Washington State Massage Therapist License New graduates and experienced LMTs are both welcome Reliable, professional, and punctual Strong communication and client care skills Comfortable providing customized therapeutic massage Able to complete accurate and timely SOAP notes Able to commit to regular weekly shifts Willingness to learn and grow as part of the practice Experience with deep tissue, treatment/injury-focused massage, prenatal massage, cupping, or insurance clients is a plus, but not required
