The normal cost is:

$250.00/day of the week/month (morning or afternoon shift).

ie:

every Monday of the Month = $250 total for the month. (If you elect to use the laundry facilities it is $50 more per day of the week/month.)

• This is for an independent contractor which requires the therapist to have a business license as well as be licensed in the state of Washington Dept of Health in their modality.
