Job Description

Independent Licensed Massage Therapist (Space License) -
Spokane Valley, WA Location:
Legacy Boxing Club The Culture & Community:
The Legacy Boxing Club is a positive, community-oriented program. Our floor is home to an incredible, diverse range of people: from competitive athletes fighting for championships to 6-year-old kids, non-contact fitness members, individuals fighting Parkinson's Disease, and at-risk youth we mentor and train for free. We operate with champion's character, purpose, power, and absolute respect for each other. We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to bring professional recovery directly to our community, you will benefit from exposure and access/direct marketing to our members and network. The Terms (Keep 100% of What You Make): This is a Space License Agreement. You run your own independent business structure within our walls with zero percentage-split traps.
Flat Rate:
$500 per month, due on the 1st.
The Space:
Non-exclusive access to our dedicated recovery and massage room.
Guaranteed Hours:
A minimum guarantee of 20 bookable hours per week on our shared scheduling calendar.
The Term:
A clean, straightforward 6-month independent agreement. The Requirements (No Exceptions): Active Washington State massage therapy license and an established business structure (LLC or Sole Prop). Active Professional & General Liability Insurance, naming Legacy Boxing Club as an additional insured. Mandatory liability release waivers signed by all of your incoming clients. Full alignment with our facility's Zero Tolerance policy: maintaining absolute respect, professional communication, and operational cleanliness at all times. You control your books, you set your own rates, and you keep your revenue while serving a community that genuinely values your work.
