Massage Therapist Float Light | Appleton, WIPart-Time or Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required Float Light is looking for a passionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team! Float Light is more than a massage studio. We are a healing and wellness center offering Float Therapy, Fire & Ice Contrast Therapy, Halotherapy, Massage, and other wellness experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, wants to be part of their community, and is excited about opportunities to learn and grow. What We Offer Percentage-based compensation based on experience and qualifications Guest tips Monthly membership commissions for memberships personally sold Free non-commission services , including Float Therapy, Fire & Ice, and the Salt Loft PTO for eligible full-time team members Tuition reimbursement opportunities for eligible full-time team members after 1 year of service Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Potential opportunities to expand or develop additional massage modalities/services based on your training and experience The opportunity to build a client base within an established wellness center What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin Massage Therapist license in good standing Professional, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of safe massage practices and contraindications Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team Weekend availability required As a Massage Therapist at Float Light, you'll have the opportunity to provide customized, meaningful care while working in an environment focused on helping guests rest, recover, and feel their best.
