You'll be earning an hourly guaranteed base for administrative work, earn benefits (paid time off, holidays) and up to $50 per hour for massage. Cornerstone Chiropractic in Shawano, Wisconsin, is looking for an amazing MT that wants it all. Do you need flexibility? Do you want solid compensation? Steady referrals? We are a multidisciplinary office that offers chiropractic and massage along with spinal decompression, lactation counseling, stretching, health coaching and nutrition. We wrap that all up in a loving, positive, crunchy, holistic and sometimes hectic package that attracts like-minded clients. We have two established MTs and want to add a third. We are looking for you. We need 10 - 20 hours per week. It is possible to expand these hours as your practice grows. We offer an hourly base starting plus production bonuses and tips, and we pay all the expenses. We are looking for a great fit and team member first. If you're outgoing, have a positive attitude, are reliable and timely, team oriented and willing to help with community events, and if you're an amazing MT, our office might be the perfect opportunity and fit. Our preferred requirements (in addition to the above) are Licensing and NCBTBM (or in progress), CPR certification, driver's license, and live within 20 or so miles of the clinic. Your duties will include being awesome, treating clients/patients with 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions, keeping good notes efficiently and timely, scheduling out clients for future appointments and plans of care, and taking payments, when needed. We have a great team and great clients. Pay goes up according to experience and you are paid for hours worked, the appointments that you complete, plus any tips.
