As a Massage Therapist at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva, you will provide top-tier relaxation treatments and home care recommendations, delivering a rejuvenating experience with warmth and positive energy. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. We are a longstanding symbol of home and family, rooted in tradition and eager to shape a brighter future together. What will you be doing? Deliver exceptional spa treatments and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Maintain treatment room cleanliness, adhere to sanitation regulations, restock supplies and assist with housekeeping duties of treatment rooms.

Maintain strict guest confidentiality, privacy and professional conduct.

Effectively recommend and sell spa products.

Manage guest records and uphold spa standards.

Attend product and service training.

Execute opening and closing procedures.

Control inventory and manage room turnovers. What do you bring to the role? High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years massage therapy experience.

Must hold and keep current a Massage Therapist license in the State of Wisconsin and provide Well Spa with the original small license to post at Well Spa.

Strong sales, customer service, and time management skills/background.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Physical ability to perform massage therapy duties including standing, walking, bending, knelling, lifting, and working in fast-paced, and potentially confining environments.

Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently.
