We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific pain points. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy standards. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to enhance their wellness journey. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment in excellent condition. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications such as CPR and relevant medical terminology to continually improve service quality. Qualifications Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain. Valid Liability insurance or ability to obtain. Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program; valid state licensure or certification as required. Knowledge of medical terminology, pain management techniques, and occupational health principles is highly desirable. CPR certification is required to ensure client safety during treatments. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is a plus for understanding specialized client needs. Pay:

$1,210.94 - $1,563.93 per week
