About us Back in Balance Therapeutic Massage is a locally owned and operated massage therapy practice serving southeastern Wisconsin. Since opening in 2011, we have built a loyal client base through exceptional care, professionalism, and personalized treatment plans. We currently have locations in New Berlin and Delafield, WI Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, you'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work alongside an experienced team, and grow your career in a supportive environment. We are currently looking to hire 4-5 Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team at our New Berlin and Delafield locations:
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License CPR certification Professional Liability Insurance Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for helping clients improve their health and wellness Why join Back in Balance? Responsibilities:
Perform customized massage services based on client needs maintain accurate and timely treatment notes provide outstanding customer service and client education prepare and santitize treatment rooms between sessions assist with light house keeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean workspace support front desk operations when needed work collaboratively as part of a positive and professional team If you are a dependable, compassionate therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
