Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist (Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage) - Chiropractic Clinic We are a community-oriented chiropractic clinic in Columbia County, Wisconsin, seeking a licensed, Licensed Massage Therapist to perform deep tissue therapeutic massage. Our practice serves patients across the lifespan with musculoskeletal complaints, chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural dysfunction. The LMT will play a key role in delivering hands-on manual therapy that complements chiropractic adjustments and rehabilitative care. Primary duties include performing detailed therapeutic deep tissue massage sessions tailored to patient-specific diagnoses, conducting intake evaluations, creating and updating session notes and treatment plans, and communicating treatment progress with the clinics chiropractic team. Strong documentation skills and adherence to clinic protocols for safety, sanitation, and patient privacy are required.
Required qualifications:
current Wisconsin massage therapy license; proven competence in deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point work; strong palpation and clinical reasoning skills; and a professional demeanor with excellent patient communication. Candidates should be reliable, able to manage time effectively, and committed to collaborative patient care. You will start out with a lot of existing massage therapy patients from the past ten years, and our clinic staff will do all of your scheduling for you.
