Approximately 2-14 hours per month, primarily during weekday business hours About the Opportunity May One is seeking a dependable and personable Licensed Massage Therapist to support our growing corporate wellness program in the Racine area. This is a low-hour, flexible position that is ideal for a therapist seeking supplemental work alongside another job, private practice, or other professional commitments. You will provide brief chair massage sessions at corporate workplaces, helping employees reduce tension, relieve stress, and feel better during the workday. Assignments are scheduled in advance and may include recurring workplace programs and occasional corporate events. Entry-level massage therapists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to help you feel confident delivering effective chair massage in a professional workplace environment. Compensation and Schedule Starting pay of $40 per hour for all scheduled working hours Approximately 2-14 hours per month to start Primarily weekday shifts during normal business hours Assignments are scheduled in advance Opportunities for additional hours as our corporate wellness program grows Opportunities for increased hourly pay as the therapist takes responsibility for additional recurring corporate accounts Responsibilities Provide professional chair massage sessions, typically 10-15 minutes per employee Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for corporate employees Follow appropriate sanitation, safety, and professional standards Set up and break down the chair massage area Communicate reliably with May One regarding scheduling and event details Represent May One professionally at corporate partner locations Qualifications Current Wisconsin massage therapy license, or ability to obtain licensure before beginning work Entry-level and experienced massage therapists are welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation to corporate locations in the Racine area Ability to transport, set up, and break down chair massage equipment Availability for occasional weekday shifts during normal business hours Experience with chair massage, corporate wellness or therapeutic massage is helpful but not required.
