Requirements Active Wisconsin Massage Therapy License Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible availability: days, evenings, and weekends Liability insurance required prior to start date Primary Duties Provide massage and aesthetic services while promoting complementary in-house offerings Build and maintain strong client relationships Deliver exceptional customer service with every session Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Stay informed about current specials and promotions Additional Responsibilities (Independent Contractors) Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code guidelines Demonstrate strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills Possess basic knowledge of products, ingredients, and services offered Pay & Schedule 1099 Contractor Position (details discussed during interview) Paid bi-weekly Flexible scheduling Minimum of 2 evenings per week (until 8 PM) 2 Saturdays per month No Sundays or holidays Flexible time off available Serious inquiries only, please.
