What You'll Do Provide professional massage services tailored to each client's individual needs Create a warm, relaxing, and professional experience for every guest Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and follow Spa Roma standards Communicate professionally with clients and team members Recommend appropriate services or products when beneficial to the client's wellness goals Work collaboratively with our massage, spa, salon, and MedSpa team What We're Looking For Current West Virginia Massage Therapy License A genuine passion for helping people feel their best Strong communication and customer service skills Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member Experience with multiple massage techniques is a plus
