Position Summary The role of the Medical Assistant - Certified or Registered reports to the Clinic Manager. This position is responsible for assisting the nurse and front office with day-to-day duties. Essential Position Responsibilities Obtain patient vitals and input data into the electronic medical records system Perform any necessary CLIA-waive tests Clean room after patient use Ensure exam rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies Appropriately process soiled instruments Assist front desk with daily operations, as needed
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma orGED Licensure and Certifications:
CPR, required. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant, required.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a previous medical assistant role.Work Environment :
