Specialty Areas Family Practice Pediatrics Behavioral Health/Psychiatry What You'll Do Prepare patients for appointments and procedures Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Assist providers during exams and treatments Administer immunizations and collect specimens Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Support patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care Career Growth Opportunities We believe in investing in our employees and creating clear pathways for advancement.Medical Assistant Career Levels Medical Assistant I:
Entry-level to 1 year of experienceMedical Assistant II:
1-3 years of experienceMedical Assistant III:
3+ years of experience Employees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives.
