Job Overview We are urgently hiring a skilled Esthetician / Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Core Focus Provide clinical and cosmetic treatment support while delivering high-quality patient care under licensed providers. Primary Duties Assist providers during cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, microneedling, and related treatments Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms to maintain clinical standards Perform pre- and post-treatment patient care and monitoring Enter and maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMRs (Jane and eClinicalWorks), including treatment notes Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products Assist with clinical inventory management (medical supplies only) Schedule patients while adhering to cosmetic and clinical scheduling protocols Become proficient in both Jane and eClinicalWorks systems, including clinical documentation and payment collection Compensation Hourly Rate Based on experience Benefits Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off after probation period Paid training Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person Prescott, AZ 86305 (Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work) Qualifications Experience with EMR systems: 1 year (required) Esthetician or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):
