Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Assistant to support clinical operations in a fast-paced PAIN medical practice. This position works directly under the supervision of a physician or mid-level provider and plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Room patients and prepare them for examinations Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Assist providers during examinations and procedures Administer medications and perform injections Sterilize instruments and maintain clean clinical areas Accurately document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Medical Assistant Certification Ability to travel between office locations Strong communication and computer skills Ability to greet and interact with patients, families, and staff with courtesy, tact, and professionalism Preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks Experience in pain management Experience in Prior auth or phone triage
