Position:
Medical Assistant We are seeking a flexible Mandarin Speaking Medical Assistant (Pre-PA welcomed if planning to apply in 2 years) to provide clinical and administrative support across multiple True Dermatology locations in Monterey Park, Arcadia, Glendora, and Anaheim (Most of time will be in Arcadia) Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) Deliver Phototherapy Opportunity to work alongside and teach PA-C student rotators on how to use the EHR/Dermatology, (opportunity to connect with PA Schools) Travel between clinics as assigned with schedule flexibility Assist with patient exams, procedures, and treatments across multiple facilities Prepare exam rooms and patients for appointments Prepare biopsy specimens and coordinate lab submission Provide post-procedure care and patient support Schedule appointments and manage confirmations across locations Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Coordinate with clinical teams and communicate between locations Stocking and Inventory and maintaining a clean standard
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Chinese/English bilingual required
