Life Wellness Center in Arcadia is looking for Administrative & Clinic Assistant Interns to join our team! This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in health, wellness, marketing, or operations to gain hands-on experience in a professional clinic setting.
What You'll Do:
Assist with front desk reception : welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, handling basic inquiries Support clinic team with daily operations and light admin tasks Help with content creation for social media, marketing events, and customer service Guide new clients on using our AI wellness equipment (we will train you!) Help coordinate with therapists and practitioners Assist in community outreach or special events

Who We're Looking For:
Passionate about wellness, health, or admin/operations work Responsible, friendly, and willing to learn Able to communicate clearly in English (Chinese or Spanish is a plus) College student or recent graduate (majors in business, health sciences, marketing, etc. are welcome) Available at least 2-3 days/week (part-time schedule flexible)
Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship with performance-based commissions You'll earn sales/referral commissions for helping bring in clients We invest in your personal growth, wellness, and future employment opportunity
