Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Medical Administrator who excels at provider onboarding, addressing patient concerns, coordinating event logistics, and managing multiple schedules with ease. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to staying current on policies and procedures while effectively communicating updates and changes to the team. Hourly Pay:
$27.35-$29.00
Comprehensive Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and optimize schedules while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
Provider Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new healthcare providers, including system access, training, equipment setup, and organizational integration.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare clear, concise meeting recaps and track follow-up actions to ensure effective communication and accountability.
Event Planning:
Plan and execute large in-person meetings and events, coordinating venues, schedules, attendees, catering, technology, and logistics.
Patient & Customer Relations:
Professionally address and resolve patient and customer concerns with empathy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare letters, reports, policies, and procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information and data to others. At least 1 year of professional experience using computer-based applications in a work environment.
