This role offers a unique opportunity to receive cross-training as a TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Specialist Assistant, providing hands-on experience with innovative mental health treatments. Position Summary The ideal candidate is professional, highly communicative, organized, and patient-focused. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and creating a positive patient experience. A strong customer service mindset and sales-oriented approach are highly valued, as this role involves learning and promoting our TMS program. Growth Opportunity This position offers a unique career development pathway through cross-training as a TMS Specialist Assistant. Team members will gain specialized experience in innovative mental health treatments while working closely with providers and patients. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and leadership potential will have opportunities for continued professional growth within our TMS program beyond general medical assistant work. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories Assist providers with patient care and clinical documentation Manage scheduling, patient follow-up, referrals, and prescription requests Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally Cross-train to assist with TMS treatments and patient education Support patient engagement and treatment process Support our Chief Creative and Brand Strategist in marketing TMS Qualifications Please attach/share your LinkedIn 1+ years of medical office experience Medical Assistant certification or completion of an accredited program Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and decorum Quick to learn capabilities High level communication skills Comfortable discussing services and building patient relationships Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or sales preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
