Job Description
The Clinical MA Educator is responsible for supporting and executing training and education operations for Medical Assistants (MAs), Massage Therapists (MTs), Ultrasound Technicians, and CNAs. This role plays a critical part in onboarding, field training, provider support, and ongoing education initiatives, while also collecting data and metrics to support organizational growth and expansion. - Essential Job Functions Training & Onboarding Coordination Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual (Zoom), and field training for new clinicians Contact new clinicians to confirm training schedules and outline expectations for onboarding and field training Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Intake, Supplies, QA, Operations) to ensure full onboarding readiness Arrange travel accommodations (flights, hotels) for out-of-state trainings Field Training & Education Delivery Conduct field training with clinicians in assigned territories across CA and the U.
- Qualifications 1-2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
