Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks, with a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Answer phone calls, schedules meetings, and maintains calendars Welcomes and directs visitors and clients Exhibits polite, professional communication via in person, phone, or email Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions Create and maintain filing systems Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders when necessary Utilize Google Suite to design creative and impactful presentations, documents, and reports Organize and facilitate trainings; prepare training profiles, packets, etc. Assist with some HR (Human Resource) related duties; including but not limited to, creating onboarding packets, posting open positions, and pulling various reports Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent certification required. Proficiency with Google Suite required. 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
