This position is to support a new provider to assist with the growing volume of patients. Locations/days will vary depending on space availability as the provider will be working to backfill open space. Both locations are welcoming and include our specialty as their own. They both have loyal patients which is why there is a need to split time equally between the locations in order to best serve our patient population.

Your job duties:

Assist OBGYN department clinically Support the team with front office responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling, and call backs when needed) Support Providers by checking patient vitals, rooming, stocking patient rooms, and assisting with procedures such as colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and also educating patients The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience working as a Medical Assistant, and has experience delivering exceptional patient care in an OBGYN department.

Requirements:

Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program, or Medical Assistance Certification, or a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Experience/Specialized Skills:
