Family Practice Location:
Southern California Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST (or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM depending on clinic hours) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Medical Assistant to join our Family Practice team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both front- and back-office workflows, patient triage, preventative care, and supporting providers in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. This role is focused on delivering excellent patient care while maintaining efficient clinic flow and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Room and support an average of 20-25 patients per day while maintaining safe, efficient patient flow. Room patients and initiate vital signs within approximately 10 minutes of check-in . Perform clinical duties including vital signs, medical histories, injections/immunizations, venipuncture/phlebotomy, and EKGs . Assist providers with minor in-office procedures, room setup, and patient charting. Support patients and providers with clinical inquiries, prescription refills, lab results, and specialist referrals . Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) . Collaborate closely with physicians and mid-level providers to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
