The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care. This position requires a strong understanding of simple medical terminology, patient service skills, and the ability to perform both clinical and administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment. We will train for back office. Duties Assist new patients with registration, insurance questions, patient intake. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and documenting medical histories. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling billing inquiries, data entry, scanning and sorting various medical documents. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the clinical environment. Communicate effectively with patients to provide information about their care and address any concerns. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to assist in patient education and documentation. Experience Must be able to communicate in Vietnamese fluently. Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient service protocols is preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are critical for success in this role.
