Job Description

  • Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant for our client in Hawthorne, CA!
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional to support a busy primary care office. Apply today if you meet the qualifications below!
  • Location:
  • Hawthorne, California Hawthorne
  • Pay:
  • $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
  • Contract Length:
  • 2-month contract (06/28/2026
  • 08/31/2026) with possibility of extension
  • Schedule:
  • Monday
  • Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide both clinical and administrative support to a primary care office
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs
  • Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR
  • Schedule appointments and assist with front office duties
  • Support patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum
  • 1 year of experience
  • in a Medical Assistant role
  • Medical Assistant certificate required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Phlebotomy certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
