We are looking for candidates for the Medical Assistant (MA) position. This MA position will work both Back Office and Front Office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain professionalism. We seek a team player attitude with a focus on excellent patient service! Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Work up patients and prepare them for exam. Take vitals. Record in EMR. Record patient's medical history information in EMR. Assist Provider with any exam room procedures. Assist Provider with patient labs, prescriptions, etc. Call patients with results or orders as directed by provider. Answer patient questions/phone calls or EMR. Wash and sterilize instruments daily. Restock exam rooms. Schedule Patients. Patient Check-In and Check-Out, as needed.
