Weekday shifts are 9:00am to 5:00pm and 1/2 Saturdays shifts are often needed (9:00am to 12:00pm) . The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, be able to perform clinical and administrative tasks with accuracy, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Under the supervision of our board-certified physician, responsibilities include: performing patient assessments, medical assisting skills- administering injections, administering medications, providing patient education, preparing aesthetic treatment procedures for the doctor , front office duties, greeting and assisting patients in a professional manner, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, documentation with EMR proficiency, administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and copying, assisting with exams and consultations, ability to e well-versed in services offered to educate patients on medical topics, and possess attention to detail at the highest level. This is a fast-paced medical office environment. Candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, organization, customer service, communication skills, efficiency, and work ethic. We will value highly the right candidate able to build strong relationships and trust with our clients. Medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, settings or related background is strongly preferred but not required. There is opportunity for growth with the company based on performance. CQ Med Gym is the aesthetics office of a board-certified physician with newest most researched technological and medical treatments in the aesthetic, wellness, skin, face & body sculpting, hair, anti-aging, peptides, weight loss, and related health fields.
